Forgiveness

This is one of the real ways to happiness. It is not an easier thing to do. It makes us feel good by ourselves.

Can you forgive easily...

You can say it depends upon the action, what he/she done to you. I agree with your thoughts.  There are some exceptions to what you cannot forgive.

But most of the incidents happened can be forgiven!

You will get angered, when the person - you trusted most is doing a thing which is against you - or doing what you don't like.
At these times, you may feel that you made a mistake by believing him. You may feel that you are cheated, misused.

This types of feeling make you sad and don't affect the person who caused this. Your happiness goes off!

How to get rid of the feeling?
Forgiveness - Is the only way

"It doesn't mean that you allow the same person to do the same thing to you, again and again."
Most Important thing, forgiving is not for OTHERS, it's for YOU
Yes, you are saying yourself "SORRY" for the situation.

You may think, Why I should say "Sorry" to myself when I didn't make anything?

Here comes the Moral, Who made to believe him/her?
who made friends with him/her?
Who thought, he/she will never do bad to you?
Many more questions will rise..in your sub-conscious mind, and asks your conscious mind to answer it.

I am sure that, you won't even think about it, but the war between "you" and "You" takes place. This makes you sad and keeps you sad forever.

Answering to your sub-conscious mind is important, for that reason say "SORRY" for what happened. This is all about forgiving yourself.

You don't even want to tell the person that you "forgiven". And please don't make friendship or relationship again. I remember a Good Quote for this -   First time, shame on you; the second time, shame on me.

Forgiving will keeps you to move further in your positive life and makes you stronger. Listen, after forgiving also, you will remember the incident, the person, but you won't have pain, it will go off and never comes back.

In some extreme situations, forgiving becomes so difficult. Your anger will overcome you and makes you do anything against him/her. Please don't make the same for them. This will make you feel you are the same as them. I am not telling you to be calm in the situation when someone is trying to kill you, I am telling you to just escape from the situation...Sit alone, forgiving needs time.

Think about his/her character, think about why he/she made this to you. Is there any reason. Thinking from a different perspective is important for you to get rid of the pain. Finally whatever the reason forgive.

Tell yourself loud, "I forgive".
Forgiveness is not an event it is a process, as I said above it needs some time. Keep calm and forgive.

After forgiving you will feel light, all the burden in your mind goes off. You will become a new one and a stronger one now. Forgive yourselves, live happily, make others happy.

Yours lovingly,
Naga Surya K.
